As class prefect I supported teachers by ensuring that students followed classroom rules, paid attention during lessons, and behaved appropriately. I also took the responsibility to tutor mathematics, which involved offering extra help to struggling students, explaining difficult concepts, and providing support to those who needed it.
Regarding my role as an organiser for NBT taking during covid pandemic. I was responsible for contacting the NBT administrator, discussing the situation, and finding a solution to enable grade 12 students to take the test despite the restrictions imposed by the pandemic. I demonstrated leadership and initiative by coordinating the logistics for the test under challenging circumstances.
