This information includes contact details, high school academic and extracurricular performance, university information, and other involvement. In addition, candidates complete personality, career aptitude, and skills assessments to determine their best career path and company match. The candidate will also complete a reflective exercise.
 
Use of Information
The candidate's information will be used solely for recruitment purposes and internal marketing and sales purposes to which they have agreed. The information shared with third parties will be limited to companies to which the candidate has chosen to apply, and only the information required for an application will be shared, including the apti insights into the candidate, which comprise the results of personality tests, aptitude tests, and skills assessments.
 
Protection of Information
We use Wix's built-in security and data protection abilities to protect your information from unauthorized access. This includes strong password controls, restricted roles, and permissions.
 
Retention of Information
We will retain the information as long as the candidate has a profile open with the company. The information will be disposed of during periodic data cleansing.

We will share information about the role and company with prospective candidates to give them insight into the company and its culture, as well as the job spec.
