As the Deputy president of the RCL (Representative council of Learners) I was the right hand person of the President of the school. The main responsibility was to promote effective communication between teachers and learners. Assisting the president in promoting and maintaining discipline and the welfare of the school. In terms of the poetry club i was the main person who sought out partnership with some slam poetry club with assistance of the teacher who was the head of the club. We worked together in seeking a publisher to do a collaboration with the poetry club and my main duty was to encourage my poetry mates to write go enough poetry that could potentially get published. Organized meetings weekly to read out any new writing and critically analyse it
