Secretary duties - Company registration, amendments on CIPC and submission of annual
company minutes and resolution registration of clients in the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Financial Accounting Duties- Cashbook receipts and payment on SAGE one bank reconciliations,
Cash control account Discount management Creditor’s control account preparation of trial
balance.
• Taxation Duties - Undertaken Income tax VAT, PAYE, UIF and SDL registration maintaining
monthly records.
• Completing of income tax, VAT, PAYE returns handling of VAT audit.
• Management Account Duties - Conducting the analysis of operational results and evaluation of
financial ratios.
• Assist in the interpretation of variance, tendencies and assist in the preparation of final reporting
(conclusions, forecasts and recommendations).
• Risk and viability and assisting in the evaluation of capital investment and financing.
