Processing of invoices using Hubdoc.
Processing using Xero Purchase Orders for clients that use both Xero and Hubdoc for their payables.
Reconciliations on Xero
Monthly Management Accounts on Syft
Preparation of Financial Statements using draftworx (still a beginner)
Submission of VAT201, EMP501 and EMP201 on SARS(still a beginner)
Payroll - using SimplePay & Payspace
Submission of Beneficial Ownerships and Annual returns on the CIPC
Compiling documents needed for the submission of COIDA
Communicating with certain clients and also the people I work under.
All this has enhanced my time management skills, analytical skills and attention to detail because I deal with different company clients who have specific ways they prefer us to handle their books.
