• Experience auditing a large US Private equity fund
• Provide coaching and guidance to a junior associate
• Supervise and manage the audit team alongside the senior manager
• Key contact person between the client and audit team
• Valuation of Investments through confirmations with the client
• Working with the valuation specialist team to test the reasonability and accuracy of the level 3 investment valuations
• Back testing on prior year estimated earnings metrics used in the calculation of previous years multiples to determine the reasonability and accuracy of management’s ability to estimate earnings metrics
• Testing to verify the reasonableness and reliability of the key inputs, forecasts and earnings metrics management used in the calculation of their multiples for valuing level 3 investments
