In this role I am responsible for assisting account executives in managing client portfolios, including dealing with deal packs, claims payments, policy statements, mine rehabilitation, and corporate guarantees, as well as performing exposure calculations. My key deliverables are:
Portfolio Management: Supporting account executives in managing client portfolios by organizing deal packs, processing claims, and ensuring policy statements' accuracy.
Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conducting exposure calculations for mine rehabilitation clients and ensuring precise management of corporate guarantees to mitigate risk.
Policy Drafting and Compliance: Assisting underwriters in drafting policies and maintaining the guarantee register to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Client Relationship Management: Facilitating the CIF process for new and existing clients, while also sending premium notifications as reminders of upcoming deductions.
Administrative Efficiency: Ensuring administrative tasks are executed smoothly and accurately, including maintaining balance in the guarantee register and handling premium deductions from clients' Experience Account Balance (EAB).
