Responsible for selling Global One by following CEO (client service, energy and ownership) principles and behaviours.

Conduct the client affordability assessment by studying the bank statement, identifying and capturing external obligations.

Ensure all payslip information is captured on the system accurately and in accordance with company policy.

Apply the credit estimate in order to quickly determine if the client qualifies for credit or not, thereby processing the queue and reducing client waiting time.

Use the credit estimate to ascertain the appropriate client term.

Responsible for making a personal contribution to the team sales objectives by ensuring the client understands the benefits of Global One that speaks to their need.

Responsible for continuously identifying opportunities to convert clients to banking with Capitec by addressing all potential client concerns.

Convert clients to banking clients by sharing banking cost comparisons and benefits with the client.

Responsible for tracking the debit order switching process on S-Track by pro-actively monitoring successful/ unsuccessful debit order submissions and liaising with the client.

Execute telemarketing in accordance with the telemarketing system theme and script, using CEO principles and behaviours.

Provide BM with potential employer sales leads.

Accumulate, capture & follow-up on referred client information for marketing purposes.

Participate in marketing/promotional activities by assisting the acquisition/ employer sales team with branch take-on.

Responsible for opening and maintaining client savings accounts.

Receive and review all relevant documentation from the client.

Check completeness and validity of documents.

Capture documents and client information on the system.

Print contracts and ensure that they are signed.

Continuously maintain client account information & file.

Process client enquiry requests in a timeous manner.
