Employee Value Proposition: Analysed, interpreted, and compiled data; produced a report presented to Managing Directors and the CEO to raise awareness and drive engagement across the companies.
Engagement Survey: Designed the survey, collected responses, conducted data analysis, and compiled a comprehensive report presented to Managing Directors and the CEO.
Well-being Programme: Developed and rolled out a two-year well-being programme, covering multiple domains of employee wellness across the company.

Personal Development Plans (PDPs): Created PDPs tailored to individual growth needs, outlining paths for skill- and role-development.
Learning Material Development: Identified learning needs, developed materials for team and/or organisational growth, and designed quizzes to embed key learnings.
