1. My main responsibility was to greet customers and answer their questions, operate cash registers, and be an awesome member of our team.

2. I was dealing with returns and refunds as necessary. Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct as well as answering customer questions as they arise.

3. I was involved in cross-selling products and introducing the new ones. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information and greeting customers when entering or leaving the shop.

4. Handling exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner. Checking stock and refilling shelves. Keeping the checkout area, clean and orderly and ready to get.
