Duties:
1. Greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing
inquiries to the appropriate department.
2. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and
other forms of communication, and distributing them to
the relevant staff members.
3. Managing calendars and appointments for executives
and staff members, as well as scheduling meetings and
conference rooms.
4.Organizing and filing important documents, contracts,
and reports, making them easily accessible when
needed.
5.Providing administrative support to employees.
