Worked at the family business during my December holidays, to make better use of my time. Tasks included job shadowing the general manager, and learning how the pricing and disciplinary system worked. After this, I joined the accounts department, shadowing the financial manager. He showed me how payroll was done and how SARS Efiling works. I then performed work in the creditor's division, approving and making payments as well as following up on any discrepancies logged.
