Cell C: Take a girl child to work
This initiative gave me a glimpse of how it would be like in the world of work. I have always seen myself as a corporate guru which is why Old Mutual was the perfect place to have a job shadowing job for a day. I had the privilege of experiencing the world of work as well as really influential and established speakers with other young ladies like myself who would love to make names for ourselves.
The Global Leadership Summit
The Global Leadership Summit was a great initiative aimed at educating leaders about the kind of leaders there are as well as their leadership styles. This taught me a bit more about leadership as a whole, how different characters lead as well as the different kinds of personalities you find in a team and how to deal with those personalities.

Yes, there's more.
Girleada Leadership Development Program
Girleada was an amazing leadership development program that took place over a duration of six sessions. It was facilitated by amazing young ladies like myself who are trailblazers and forces to be reckoned with. Pursuing authentic leadership is what the organization is about. After the experience, I can say that I was developed as a leader. I was equipped with tools that I utilize even in my personal capacity on a daily basis.
