I wrote an entire program and concept build around the concept of enabling business owners to focus on what they do best and that is running their business in the industry they love, and not having to scatter around trying to find key indicators, data, or reports and try to make sense of the overload data or just have that management accounts meeting once a month. So essentially I streamlined the whole process where I setup an automated connector to the backend of all the programs that they use where all the raw data is compiled into a database LIVE, this enable the means for taking all that raw data and I scrutinize the data, setup relationships, write in essential formulas to bring in KPI's and proactively illuminates the exceptions on an intense micro level, in other words turning their data into decisions. The outcome effect is super natural as it gives the ability to literally go through Brand, Category, Customer, SalesRep, Product performances in seconds, then deep dives into specifics of each ito identifying High/Low GP's , Variances against LastYear, variances Budget, % variances, Identifying Under Performing Customers, Brands, Products, Sales Persons, futhermore it connects to your warehouse and applies adjusted stock into each analysis and gives you your notional profit while limiting missing stock. Other analogies includes Orders not shipped, not packed, not picked and measures the productivity of the warehouse staff. Going into the backdoor GP measuring your actual purchase vs actual sales and gives you a what if analysis ito ROI for overstocking vs a basic invested sum. Then I create custom applications for different departments and employees to ease their daily tasks and eliminate any possible way for human error, these apps then push back to their main ERP without any manual intervention. I can go on and on about the significance and different analytics, however the description might just turn into a book.
