• Took part in a three-day program that VAT IT offered to students studying accounting in order to gain insight into their business and the TOPP article program that they offer.
• Participated in a competition which required the interns to be split into teams to create and present a business idea to a panel of judges, consisting of leading company executives and management
o I was delegated team leader of my group in which we managed to place second overall
o Our business idea was an event management app that links to customers social media accounts giving them certain rewards and benefits when attending certified events
